Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 45kDa band observed in Human Heart and PBMC lysates (predicted MW of 40kDa according to NP_002655). Recommended for use at 0.05-1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
