Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 22kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (predicted MW of 24kDa according to NP_006445). Recommended for use at 0.5-2µg/ml. Please note the appearance of this band was blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
