Applikationshinweise: Western blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 39.3 acording to NP_009181.2) . In glioblastomas this protein was reported to run at appr. 60kDa (Ding et al . J Biol Chem. 2005 Feb 25,280(8):6802-15, PMID: 15557280). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
