Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot: Approx 120kDa and 50kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this protein and is in agreement with previous Western blot observations (J Biol Chem 1995 Mar 3,270(9):4575-87).

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
