Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 22kDa band observed in lysates of Human Kidney fibroblast HEK293, Human lung carcinoma A549 and Human Hepatoblastoma HepG2 cell lines (calculated MW of 21.1kDa according to NP_002558.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. A customer has reported that this antibody also works well by western blot in Rat Hippocampus.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
