Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/16,000. Western Blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (predicted MW of 41kDa according to NP_004279.3). Recommended for use at 0.5-2µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
