Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot: Approx 60kDa band seen in Human Testis lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml. Please note that we observe a 60kDa band as suggested in the literature (for example, see Toure et al., [J Biol Chem 1998 Mar 13,273(11):6019-23]), which is different to the predicted MW of approx. 70kDa. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis, shows nulear staining of many cells. Recommended concentration, 1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
