Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot: Approx 70kDa and 50kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 1-2µg/ml. Note the smaller isoform of this protein has a consensus glycosylation site, which may explain the higher than expected band size (50 kDa versus 30 kDa). Glycosylation can affect migration of proteins on SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press].

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
