Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (predicted MW of 50.7kDa according to NP_004374.1). Recommended for use at 0.5-2µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil, strong staining of germinal centre cells and less intense labelling in the interfollicular area. Recommended concentration 0.1-0.3ug/ml

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
