Applikationshinweise
|
Western blot: Approx 35kDa band seen in HeLa cell lysates. Recommended for use at 0.5-2µg/ml. Please note that BCL7A, according to NP_066273, has several consensus glycosylation sites. Glycosylation can affect migration of proteins on SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press]. This may be the reason why we see an approx 35kDa band rather than the predicted 26kDa band.
