Beschreibung: WC1 expression appears to be heterogeneous and antibodies of this cluster show differing reaction patterns. CC101 immunoprecipitates a 215 kD molecule from bovine cells, and also recognises the swine homologue of WC1, which is a 180kD molecule. In pigs the 180kD molecule is expressed by a gamma/delta TCR positive T-cell population that is also CD2-, CD4-, CD8-.

Spezifität: This antibody recognises the WC1 cell surface antigen, expressed by a population of gamma/delta TCR expression cells which lack CD2, CD4 and CD8 but express CD3.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: Containing 0.09% Sodium Azide and 1% Bovine Serum Albumin

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
