Spezifität: This antibody recognises a common antigenic determinant that is found in the LPS ofSalmonella enteriditis (Group D), Salmonella typhimurium (Group B) and Salmonellaparatyphi (Group A). This antibody is thought to recognise the '0-12' antigen [2-D-mannose (1-4) I-ramnose(1-3)-D galactose] of salmonella LPS. A similar sequence is found in Group E, which mayaccount for the weak cross reactivity observed with bacteria of this group.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
