Immunogen: This affinity-purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with methylated lysine conjugated KLH.

Format: Liquid (sterile filtered)

Spezifität: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using methylated lysine peptide coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit IgG. Reactivity is specific for methylated lysine.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This affinity-purified antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, western blotting and immunoprecipitation assays. The antibody reacts specifically with methylated lysine residues. Although not tested, this antibody is likely functional in RIA, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.

Buffer: Stabilizer: 50% (v/v) Glycerol. Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Buffer: 0.1 M Tris HCl, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.5.

Lagerung: Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and store at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening.
