Beschreibung: Ego1 (also known as Enhancer of Glp-One (glp-1) family member (ego-1) and RNA-directed RNA polymerase related protein EGO-1) is a putative RNA-directed RNA polymerase with a role in germ-line development and RNA interference.

Spezifität: This affinity-purified antibody is directed against C.elegans EGO-1 protein. The productwas affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. A BLAST analysis was used tosuggest that no cross reactivity should be expected against homologues from other sources.
