Spezifität: This affinity purified antibody is directed against human APC1at the S355 residue. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Antiserum was purified against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. Cross reactivity with APC1 homologues from other sources has not been determined. ANAPC1 is 1 of at least 10 subunits of the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), which functions at the metaphase-to-anaphase transition of the cell cycle and is regulated by spindle checkpoint proteins. The APC is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that targets cell cycle regulatory proteins for degradation by the proteasome, thereby allowing progression through the cell cycle. This site was identified in EMBO J 22:6598 by the Peters group in Vienna. Expected to cross-react with human and mouse.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed by ELISA against 0.1 ug of the phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated forms of the immunizing peptide. A 1:80,000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay against APC1. Approximately equivalent staining is seen when both the phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide are bound to the ELISA plate. This antibody is pan reactive for both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated APC1 at the S355 residue. Note: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizing peptide. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.
