Immunogen: This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 679-694 of Human MDC1 (mediator of DNA damage checkpoint protein 1). MDC1 is hyper-phosphorylated in an ATM-dependent manner. Peptide sequence: G-G-T-K-D-S-E-D-N-Y-G-D-S-E-D-L

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed by ELISA against 0.1 ug of the immunizing peptide. A 1:3,000 to 1:12,000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay. Note: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizing peptide. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.
