Produktbeschreibung
| Weitere Bezeichnung | Chloroplastic glutathione peroxidase (GPX) |
| Immunogen | thioredoxin fusion of 58 amino acid region between Ser at position 175 and the C-terminal Ala ofAtGPX7 accession At4g31870 has been used for antibody |
| Format | Lyophilized |
| Beschreibung | GPX belongs to the group of enzymes that protect cells against oxidative damagegenerated by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Glutathione peroxidase catalyzesthe reduction of H2O2, organic hydroperoxides, and lipid peroxides in thepresence of glutathione, the hydrogen donor. Activity of the enzyme can beincreased under environmental stress. Immunogen: Peptide target chosen fromC-terminal of two chloroplastic isoforms of Arabidopsis thaliana GPX. |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Recommended Dilution 1: 5000 with alkaline phosphatase system (AP) (WB), 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1: 16(ELISA). |
| Reinheit | Serum |
| Lagerung | store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes. |
