Beschreibung: The GST (Glutathione-S-Transferase) is a 26kDa protein encoded by the parasiteSchistosoma japonicum, easily purified by affinity chromatography on immobilizedglutathione. GST is utilized as a fusion protein with foreign proteins in a range of prokaryoticexpression vectors, including the pGEX family of vectors.Antibodies against GST will detect the expressed GST protein or a GST-fusion protein, andcan be utilized for immuno-purification of GST-fusion proteins.

Spezifität: The antibody S-tag-05 is a mouse monoclonal antibody with high affinity to theglutathione-S-transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum. This purified antibody issuitable for detecting fusion proteins containing the GST-Tag sequence expressed in E. coli,yeast, mammalian, and in vitro transcription/translation systems.
