Beschreibung: Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filaments and characterized by remarkablebiochemical diversity. Cytokeratins are represented in epithelial tissues by at least 20different polypeptides, molecular weight between 40 kDa and 68 kDa. The individualcytokeratin polypeptides are designated 1 to 20 and divided into the type I (acidiccytokeratins 9-20) and type II (basic to neutral cytokeratins 1-8) families.

Spezifität: The antibody A53-B/A2 reacts with Rod domain of cytokeratin 19 (40 kDa) in human tissue.Cytokeratin 19 is not expressed in hepatocytes, it is often co-expressed with cytokeratin 7.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The reagent is designed for Immunocytochemistry. Suggested working dilution is 1: 500.Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Buffer: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.4

Lagerung: Store at 2-8 o C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. For long-term storage aliquot and store at -20 o C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
