Spezifität: This antibody is specific for the T-cell receptor V beta 10 gene product. Approximately 4.2% of unseparated LEW lymph node cells were detected by this clone. Reactivity is restricted to alpha/beta T cells, of which 6.7% labelled.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS, pH7.2 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
