Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Western blotting: 0.5 m g/mL. Sample preparation: Resuspend approx. 50 mil. cells in 1 mLcold Lysis buffer (1 % laurylmaltoside in 20 mM Tris/Cl, 100 mM NaCl pH 8.2, 50 mM NaF including Protease inhibitor Cocktail). Incubate 60 min on ice. Centrifuge to remove cell debris. Mix lysate with reducing Laemmli SDS-PAGE sample buffer. Reducing conditions. Functional Assay. Antibody ABIN120632 strongly inhibits the enzyme activity of HIV-1 and HIV-2 proteases.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
