Beschreibung: CD49d, also known as integrin alpha 4 subunit, associates with either integrin beta 1 (to form VLA-4) or beta 7. CD49d is expressed by lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and thymocytes. VLA-4 mediates cell adhesion to VCAM-1 and fibronectin. Alternate Names: ITGA4, Integrin alpha-IV, VLA-4, Integrin alpha-4.

Spezifität: This antibody recognizes CD49d. Clone 44H6 is reported to induce homoptic aggregation (see ref. 2).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of neat antibody to label 10e6 cells in 100 ul. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
