Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Cholesterol Oxidase [Microorganism] in astandard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L](Goat) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 8,000 to 1: 40,000 of thereconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
