Immunogen Mixture of S. enteriditis, S. typhimurium and S. heidelburg
Spezifität Salmonella O and H antigens. Immunocaptures Salmonellae. Antiserum is not adsorbed and does not react with related Enterobacteriaceae.

Applikationshinweise Fluorescence microscopy and conjugation purposes. A titer of > 1/1,000 by indirect Immuno-fluorescence assay is suggested. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative
Lagerung Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
