Immunogen: Mixture of S. enteriditis, S. typhimurium and S. heidelburg.

Spezifität: Polyvalent for Salmonella O & H antigens. Immunocaptures Salmonellae. Antiserum is not absorbed and does react with related Enterobacteriaceae.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 1-2 mg/ml (OD280nm, E0.1% = 1.4)

Buffer: 10 mg/ml BSA as stabilizer and 0.002 % Thimerosal as preservative.Label: Highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ>3). Care is taken to ensureadequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is absent.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Caution: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity ofhorseradish peroxidase.
