Beschreibung: S-Adenosyl Homocysteine is an intermediate in the synthesis of the amino acid cysteine. Itis a competitive inhibitor of S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependant methyl transferasereactions and therefore may play a key role in the control of methylations via regulation ofthe intracellular concentration of adenosylhomocysteine.

Anwendungen
