Beschreibung
|
Troponin I is 1 of 3 subunits that constitute the troponin complex which plays an importantrole in the regulation of skeletal and cardiac muscle contraction. It is presented in cardiactissue by a single isoform with a molecular weight of 29 kDa and is known as a specificmarker for cardiac tissue damage.

Spezifität
|
Reacts with Troponin I from cardiac and skeletal muscle. The antibody is specific for anepitope between amino acids 186-192 of cardiac Troponin I. It is reactive with helix cardiacand skeletal isoforms. Species: Human, Bovine, Goat, Pig, Cat, Rabbit, Rat, Mouse, Chicken, Fish and Dog. Others not tested.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
