Applikationshinweise: Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1: 20, Overnight at 2-8C. Immunohistochemistry: Overnight at 2-8C. Immunoprecipitation: 1: 5. Neutralization assay. Affinity chromatography. ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS or Tris-buffered saline contains 0.09% sodium azide and 0.5% BSAReconstitution: Restore with 1 ml dist. water.

Lagerung: Prior to and following reconstitution store the antibody at 2-8°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Shelf life: one year from despatch.
