A1 reacts with VP1 of adeno-associated virus. In immunoprecipitation, an occasionalreaction with a non-AAV-derived protein is found. Epitope mapping experiments (Wobus etal. , see below) identified aa123 to aa131 of VP1 capsid protein as the specific bindingregion. Species: Human, Monkey. Others not tested.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunofluorescence microscopy. Immunohistochemistry: 1: 10 - 1: 20, 3 h at room temperature or overnight at 2-8C. Immunoprecipitation. Immunoblotting. ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
