Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in IFA, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western blot. Direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Not suitable for use with Paraffin Embedded Tissues.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
