Beschreibung
|
Tn is a cryptantigen which was designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn isassociated with polyagglutination.

This antibody recognises Tn antigen on Glycophorin A and Glycophorin B in Erythrocytes. Species: Human. Others not tested.

|
Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections (Recommended positive control tissue: Breastcarcinoma). Haemagglutination. ELISA. Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
