Beschreibung: The Biohit monoclonal antibody to CGRP (clone CD8) is highly specific and allows also double stainings with polyclonal antibodies enabling colocalization studies of neurotransmitters. In addition to its research use, the monoclonal antibody to CGRP also has many possible diagnostic applications.

Spezifität: The antibody is highly specific to CGRP and does not react with other neuropeptides. The antibody works at least on human and guinea pig tissues, but does not work on rat tissues.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Reactivity with paraffin sections. ELISA, fluorescence microscopy, and other immunohistochemical methods, works also on frozen sections if perfusion fixed. Paraformaldehyde must be included in the fixative with paraffin sections. Works also in western blo
