Applikations-hinweise Western Blot 1-3 μg/mL, Flow Cytometry 0.5-1 μg/10^6 cells, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 5 μg/mL, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen 10 μg/mL, Flow (Cell Surface), Flow (Intracellular)Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Use in Flow-cell surface and Flow-intracellular reported in scientific literature (PMID 24412598). Use in Immunohistochemistry reported in scientific literature (PMID 27392931).
