Hintergrund: G3BP2, also known as ras GTPase-activating protein-binding protein 2, is localized to the plasma membrane and endocytic compartments and controls a fast endocytic recycling pathway. This protein probably is scaffold protein that may be involved in mRNA transport. Recombinant human G3BP2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
