Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PGDS antibody (Catalog #: ARP48763_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
PGDS is a sigma class glutathione-S-transferase family member. The enzyme catalyzes the conversion of PGH2 to PGD2 and plays a role in the production of prostanoids in the immune system and mast cells. The presence of this enzyme can be used to identify the differentiation stage of human megakaryocytes. Prostaglandin-D synthase is a sigma class glutathione-S-transferase family member.
