Applikations-hinweise Western Blot 1:1000-1:10000, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation 5-15 μg/108 cells, Immunohistochemistry 1:10-1:500, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 1:1000 to 1:3000, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen 1:10-1:500, Gel Super Shift Assays 1 to 5 μg/20 μL reactionThis antibody can be used for Western blot, electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA), immunohistochemistry, and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). A band ~36-40 kDa is seen in Western blot analysis. Use in IHC-P was reported in the scientific literature (PMID: 22665223). Other applications have not been tested. *In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use. Use in Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and in Immunohistochemistry-Frozen reported in scientific literature (PMID 23967072)
