This study identifies a novel signaling involving SYK/c-MYC/MALAT1 as a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of Ewing sarcoma.
Comparison of the distributions of tau pTyr18 and double-phosphorylated Syk in the transgenic mouse brain and human hippocampus showed that the phosphorylation of tyrosine 18 in tau already occurs at an early stage of tauopathy and increases with the progression of neurodegeneration.
