Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:8000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 48  kDa band in Human Heart ysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 44.1  kDa according to NP_036308.1. The 48  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
