Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:16000), WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 40 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 45.6 kDa according to NP_387506.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing DAP3 a band of approx. 48 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
