Aufreinigung: Anti-MRGPRC antibody is directed against rat MRGPRC protein.  The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification.  A BLAST analysis was used to suggest reactivity with this protein from rat based on 100% homology for the immunogen sequence.  Cross reactivity with MRGPRC from other sources has not been determined.

Application Note: Anti-MRGPRC is useful for Immunohistochemistry -P and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~37.1 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
