A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Kv1.3 from Human, Mouse, and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Kv1.3 from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research.

    Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 0.1-1.0 μg/mL

    Application Note: Anti-Kv1.3 Antibody is suitable for use in WB, IP, and IHC. Expect a band approximately ~70 kDa on specific lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

    Background: Voltage gated channels are tetrameters composed of four alpha-subunits arranged around a central pole.
