Immunogen

Immunogen: Cav beta 1 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a n-terminal region of rat CavB1.

Immunogen Type: Peptide

Klon S7-18
Isotyp IgG1
Kreuzreaktivität Human, Maus, Ratte (Rattus)
Reinigung Anti-Cav Beta1 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Cav Beta1 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against Cav Beta4. Cross-reactivity with Cav Beta1 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research.

Hintergrund

Synonyms: CACNB1, CAB1, CACNLB1, voltage dependent L type calcium channel beta 1 subunit

Background: Calcium channel, voltage-dependent, beta 1 subunit, also known as CACNB1, is a human gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the calcium channel beta subunit family. It plays an important role in the calcium channel by modulating G protein inhibition, increasing peak calcium current, controlling the alpha-1 subunit membrane targeting and shifting the voltage dependence of activation and inactivation. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and three transcript variants encoding three distinct isoforms have been identified.
