Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 5-6 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Human Adrenal Gland lysates (calculated MW of 55.7 kDa according to NP_003045.2). Recommended concentration 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
