Spezifität: This antibody recognizes extracellular domain of glutamate carboxypeptidase II (NAALADase, FOLH1, PSMA), an approximately 95-110 KDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly in tumour neovasculatures, nervous system and jejunum, which is an important prostate tumour marker.
