Applikationshinweise: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:2000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 38  kDa band in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 45.3  kDa according to NP_005189.2. The 38  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
