Hintergrund Epitope tags consisting of short sequences recognized by well-characterizated antibodies have been widely used in the study of protein expression in various systems. VSV-g is an epitope tag composed of an 11 residue peptide, YTDIEMNRLGK, derived from the Vesicular Stomatitis viral glycoprotein. This polyclonal antibody provides a simple solution to detect the expression of a VSV-g-tagged protein in cells.
Applikations-hinweise ELISA: 1/5,000. Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
