Applikationshinweise:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90 kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and Thymus lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 112 kDa according to NP_001070671.1 and of 120 kDa according to NP_065705.3. The 90 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
