Applikationshinweise Western Blot 1 - 3 μg/mL, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:8000WB: Approx. 150 kDa band observed in human brain is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 15483117). An additional very strong band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 60 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
