Applikations-hinweise Western Blot 0.5-1.5 μg/mL, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation 1:10 - 1:500, Immunohistochemistry 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 3-5 μg/mL, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:32000ChIP: An anonymous customer has reported successful usage on human cell line. ChIP successful usage on Zebrafish embryos is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 17000708). WB: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length human FOXC1 (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 75 kDa band was observed. No bands were observed in mock-transfected and the same band was observed using anti-DYKDDDDK tag antibody. An anonymous customer has reported positive results on human breast cancer cells (T47D). IHC-P: Human kidney shows nuclear staining in DCT and select nuclear staining in the glomerulus. An anonymous customer has reported successful usage in mouse (periocular mesenchyme, cornea).
