Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in human brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 μg/mL). Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human cerebellum shows nuclear staining of the granular cell layer. Recommended concentration, 1.5-3 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: Nuclear staining (green) in HeLa cells.
